To Save or Just Throw Away

What are the alternatives to a Root Canal Treatment?

If possible saving your natural teeth is the very best choice and the best option. With your natural teeth you can eat a wide range of foods which is necessary to maintain proper nutrition. The root canal procedure is the treatment which you choose.
Having the tooth extracted and replaced with a bridge, implant, or removable partial denture to restore chewing function and preventing the shifting of your adjacent teeth are some alternative to a root canal procedure. Compared to a a root canal procedure these alternatives are more expensive. They also require more treatment time and additional procedures are required for the adjacent teeth and supporting tissues.

Semalam pi jumpa dentist, mmg is about time for me to buat the root canal procedure...but the thing I did not expect is the charges...wallawey..!Tengah sakit memang doktor tak boleh nak buat apa2. Ikutkan hati nak cabut je. Dah la gigi sakit, tak dapat buat apa2..ponstan la jawabnya, tapi tak hilang sakit 100%. Sekarang have to think to save or not. Gigi geraham kecil...mcm penting tu nak kunyah my fave food...huhu...Satu gigi = RM650. Wah..worth it or not?

Makan Gulai lagi...

Kaum keluarga sebelah pengantin lelaki (Adik Ipar)
Tapi kami tak sempat nak attend the Nikah Ceremony, sebab masih dalam perjalanan. Kami sempat tiba on time untuk ikut berarak pengantin pada sebelah petangnya. Lokasi rumah pengantin perempuan, Nisya dekat2 area Pantai Cahaya Bulan (PCB) or formerly know Pantai Cinta Berahi. Tapi alhamdulillah we manage to attend both kenduri, abang ipar dan adik iparku..

Mat dan Nisya dengan hantaran sebelah lelaki

Keringat jelas terpancar di muka...

Suka-suki di PCB

Pantai Cahaya Bulan, Kelantan

XOXO,
Ema

Congrats my fren!

Tahniah diucapkan kepada pasangan pengantin. Bro, I met ur future wife once, tapi sungguh tak perasan she is dear Baizura Kahar. Congrats to both of u. Selamat menempuhi alam rumahtangga.

Stress-Free Holiday Travel Tips

Air Travel Tip, just for you guys yang ada planning nak travel abroad by plane dengan anak2..balik kampung ke kot2 kena naik plane..I did mine, tapi masa tu tak jumpa lagi tip-tip ni, memang I am wondering pasal benda2 kat bawah ni...dah balik baru jumpa pasal benda ni. Anyway, enjoy reading, doing preparation and have fun with your kids travelling..

Sofea and Mama Sofea
1. Air Travel Tip: Abroad Advice

Apply for your baby's passport ASAP when flying internationally. All passengers, even babies, need a passport for air travel.

So dah alang-alang, buatkan je terus 5 tahun.
Dokumen diperlukan: Gambar Pasport 2kpg, Fotostat IC mama/papa, Fotostat Surat Beranak.
Makluman lanjut refer kat website imigresen ok.

2. Air Travel Tip: Fly by the Rules

Declare any liquids such as formula, breast milk, and juice at security checkpoints. Keep in mind the Transportation Security Administration (TSA) allow parents to board with "reasonable quantities" larger than the normal 3.4-ounce limit.

Based on my experience, takut2 gak nak bawak susu Sofea yang siap masa naik flite, tapi belasah je bawak, siap bawak thermos air panas lagi. Alhamdulillah, imigresen tak komen apa2 sebab declare untuk keperluan baby.

3. Air Travel Tip: Save Time at Security

Under the TSA carry-on inspection rules, parents and their infants will no longer be required to taste the breast milk or baby formula, which can spoil the liquids. However, passengers still have to declare milk or baby-food containers that exceed the standard 3.4 ounces at the security checkpoint. Avoid extra hassle by only bringing a "reasonable" amount for the length of your trip.

4. Air Travel Tip: Carry-On Clues

With all the pricey checked-baggage fees these days, it's tempting to try to carry on as much as you can. But visit your airline's Website first to read their specific policy on how many bags you can bring on, especially if you're not buying a seat for your baby. Some will count an unticketed child's stuff as part of the parent's allotment. The good news? Most airlines still let you check a car seat or stroller for free.

Kalau travel2 ramai2 dengan keluarga, buat check-in group, so boleh guna semua kilos yang available..SELAMAT. Pasal stroller, bawak je sampai nak boarding flight, tak payah check in awal2..nanti dapat label dan lekat, masa kita nak masuk flight nanti, ada assistance yang akan tolong check-in kan...dan yang paling penting no extra fees...

5. Air Travel Tip: Keep It Fun

Hide a little surprise or two for your child in your carry-on. This way, if she's getting restless on the plane, you can pull out a new toy, book, game, or other treat. Introducing a new plaything or activity at a low point buys you more time.

Benda ni yang paling penting, baby memang cepat boring. Macam Sofea memang nak benda baru je. So macam2 mainan mama dia bawak dalam handbag... tapi kalau kreatif apa2 barang pun jadi..
Sofea sibuk fikir nak order apa..

6. Air Travel Tip: Water Break

Bring an empty sippy cup so you can fill it up at the water fountain once you pass through security. Kids often can't wait until service comes through the plane to get something to drink. Having your own can prevent a mid-air meltdown.

Sofea Rashes

Sedihnya hati bila tengok anak tak sihat kan..
Memang sedih betul the other day, bila Sofea having diarrhoea. Kejap2 poo..kejap2 poo.., sampai merah bam-bam Sofea. Kesian sangat, sampai menjerit2 esakitan. Jarang Sofea nangis macam tu.

Dah la, dah sebulan, every weekend travel sana sini, tapi syukur alhamdulillah Little Sofea tak demam...dan seleranya pun ok.

Starting diarrhoea Sofea ni, sebab Sofea dah start makan macam2..ikutkan hati mmg nak limitkan apa yang masuk dalam mulut Sofea. Tapi apakan daya, semua kaum kerabat keluarga, seronok tengok Sofea makan...makanya Sofea pulak terpaksa tanggung penderitaan.

Sampai la tukarkan susu Sofea dengan free lactose..Alhamdulillah makin ok..dah kurang poo, so bam-bam sofea pun sentiasa kering.

Try juga nak tukar susu Sofea, tapi masih tak sesuai, bersambung balik episod cirit-birit Sofea. Kesian sangat anak mama..So, kami decide stick aje susu yang lama, tgk perkembangan 2 bulan lagi, sebab Sofea pun dah nak masuk setahun, Step susu pun akan bertambah..

Harap2 lepas ni anak mama sentiasa sihat dan cergas ye..

Sofea berendam nak legakan bam-bam yang teruk kena rashes..

XOXO,
Mama Sofea

Cubalah.

Checklist Travelling with Baby

Dears...bila nak travel macam2 benda nak pikir....takut lupa.tapi yang penting dalam kepala ni passport dan surat beranak...takde tu langsung tak boleh nak pi mana.Huhu. Anyway got this tips masa google. Quite handy, for you and me revision. Kalau ada apa2 penambahan yang u all rasa perlu...pls share ok..tada!

Little travelers need a surprising amount of stuff! Here's a checklist of items that make traveling much easier, plus tips for efficient packing. For more information, see our articles on traveling with a young baby or an older baby.

Packing Checklist

Diapers
One for each hour you'll be in transit, plus extras in case of delays
Pad to put under your baby during diaper changes
You can buy disposable changing pads at supermarkets or reusable ones at baby stores.
Blankets
Bring a few — you'll use them to lay your baby on, cover your baby, cover yourself if you're nursing, protect your clothes from messy burps, shade your baby, and more
Plastic bags
Carry a variety of sizes for storing soiled diapers, clothes, and blankets.
Diaper rash cream
Wipes
Small bottles of disinfecting hand gel, baby wash, and baby lotion
Tissues
Extra pacifiers (if your baby uses one)
A few of your baby's favorite toys
Clothes, socks, and booties or shoes
One to two outfits per day is a good guideline.
Washable bibs
Sun hat
Lightweight plastic feeding set with utensils, and baby food
If your baby's eating solid foods
Formula, water, and juice if appropriate
Extra bottles, nipples, and sippy cups if appropriate
Energy-boosting snacks for you to munch on
Breast pump (if you use one)
Nightlight
So you can keep the room lighting soothingly low during middle-of-the-night diaper changes
First-aid kit
Baby pain reliever and supplies for treating minor injuries
Sling or front carrier
Lightweight, hands-free way to keep your baby close in crowded places like airports
Portable crib or play yard
A safe place for your baby to sleep or play
Inflatable baby bathtub
Can make bath time easier at your destination.
Car seat for safer travel by car or plane
Collapsible stroller
Can be gate-checked or stored in the overhead bin of an airplane.

Tips

  • Start preparing to pack a few days before you travel. Keep a running list of things to take, or put items out on a table or dresser as you think of them.
  • Use a diaper bag with a waterproof lining and a shoulder strap.
  • Be prepared for leaky diapers and baby spit-up on the airplane: Tuck an extra outfit or two for your baby – and an extra shirt for you – into your carry-on bag.
  • Prevent leaks by packing medicines and toiletries in resealable plastic bags.
  • Pack each of your baby's outfits in its own zipped plastic bag so you don't have to hunt around for tiny socks, shirts, and so on.
  • Take your camera, battery charger, and an extra memory card.
  • Take a clip-on reading light so you can read without disturbing your baby.
  • Take the phone number for your baby's healthcare provider in case you have questions while you're on the road.

Sex and The City

Can u imagine..after dah berapa lama screened, dah nak masuk HBO dah baru berkesempatan nak sambung tgk Sex and The City 2.
Sex and The City II
Sebenarnya I am no big fan of this tv series...as the tittle pun a bit oo--oooh..kan. Hmm...tapi dah zaman2 wanita ni, berdetik pulak nak tgk starting from the 1st movie. Memang sgt the best..even dah masuk HBO, tengok berulang-ulang kali pun I am still ok. Actually the story line and also...their dresses and style..tak boring la tengok. Menaikkan semangat untuk berfesyen...walaupun sibuk dengan anak, married life...we still have to push ourself...to be a bit fashinist. (ye ke jargon ni?)
Sex and The City The Movie
Tapi untuk the 2nd movie, I am a bit frustrated. Story line a bit boring. Menceritakan married life Carrie and Big...but, betul ke married life ni boring...?Up to u to answer them. its really about give and take.
Carrie and Big- Before Married

Carrie and Big- After Married
Babak Samantha yang kegersangan pun banyak diketengahkan. Somehow, i dunno why, watak Charlotte, yang really sweet dalam the 1st movie..dah jadi totally different...dan a bit disturbing.
Charlotte and Rose = Gosip+Baby+Baking

Tak pasti samada the role berubah, or the real 'Charlotte' tak berjaya menjiwai watak...wah emosional sungguh pengkritik ni.

Expectation yang begitu tinggi jatuh merudum betul, lepas tgk the 2nd movie sequel. Mr. hubby terus dalam dengkuran..tak macam yang 1st one, dia pun join sekali tengok. Tapi yang bestnya, 2nd movie menceritakan the luxury life of Arabic Muslims. Banyak its define Muslims women world dalam tu. Mungkin jugaklah ada sponsorship from arabian behind the scenes...who knows..kan?
